Michal Stencel

Design & motion for products that are hard to explain

I make software understandable without reading.

Taking on new projects

“We needed to communicate fairly complex information in a way that was simple, engaging and easy to understand, and Michal has a real talent for doing just that.”

The problem

Your buyers decide in seconds.

High-intent buyers land on your site wanting to see what your product does. A short film shows them before they have to work it out.

So I don’t describe your product. I show it working.

What I make

One story, told everywhere buyers meet you.

I find the one thing your product does that matters most, then show it working: on your homepage, in a short film, and in the ads and posts that bring people there. Same story, same look, wherever someone first sees you.

Your product working, on your homepage, in the first five seconds. Not a static screenshot to squint at.

Work

Hard to explain, made obvious

AI agents, film tax credits, finance workflows: products that take a paragraph to explain, shown instead of described. First, one story carried across a hero loop, a product demo, a social ad and a carousel.

Linear

The full motion system on a real product: hero loop, AI product demo, social ad and carousel, all built on Linear’s own interface around one story: the Agent turning a bug into a plan.

Ecobride

Film Finance · Client

Film tax credits are complex to explain. A full motion library (explainer, pitch and outro videos) carries the offer through every stage of the sales process. Brand and website alongside it.

Most projects start with one piece, such as a hero loop, scoped and priced up front
One story, then carried into the film, the ads and the posts
